I'MALIVE.

Just lazy. ;D
Right. So. Not much has happened since my last post--I don't think.
Horseback riding is going great! I'm jumping in the back field, over logs and such. It's AMAZING. That's on Sundays, though, from 1 to 3, soon to be 1 to 4:30. Yay! On Saturdays, I go to the academy at 8:30. There's a younger group who go to noon. I'm the owner's assistant! I'm really excited. I wait out front for my five "charges" to arrive--four girls and a boy. Parents leave, and we go groom the horses and saddle them up. Those kids are so adorable when they try to do stuff! xD The owner teaches a lesson, and I take my group into the TV room, and we watch a horse movie. Afterwards, I lead a discussion about it! Ohmygosh, I'm in charge! After that, we go get helmets and such, and get on. I--and four other helper-monkeys (all younger than me!)--walk with them while they ride. For now, at least! After the lesson, we teach them a bit about horses--it was colors and breeds last time. Then we eat a snack, then they go home, and I wave dejectedly after them. xD It's my job to miss part of my lunch break to hang out while we wait for parents! ;o I get a free riding lesson for it afterwards. We do cantering, but the others in that lesson aren't jumping yet, so I have to wait for the next day. We feed and close up after that, then, before I know it, it's four! TIme to go! The owner goes home (only a few yards away), and we wait outside for parents, chatting and playing tic-tac-toe. All the girls were younger than me. I think I mentioned that, though. Fourth to fifth grade. They all were wearing pink, and had pink backpacks. I was pinkless. Weird, eh?
Shoutout time! Lisa, you're wonderful and should know it, even if you didn't get the part you wanted. Let's try out for the Spring play together again! Ellie, we have to get together sometime soon! Kathy, your e-mail is rejecting me. Shoot me a note? Oh, and Lisa and I see your house as we go to school. xD Toby, thanks for everything. You know what I mean. See you tomorrow! Christine, we HAVE to ride together one of these days! Icey, your blog rocks! (xiceyx.blogspot.com).
Love you all! See you guys soon!

Love,
Faye

(I really need to get a more creative signing-off thing...Any ideas?)

Yup. Today Sucked. So Did Yesterday. I Didn't Write About That.

Have you ever just wanted to disappear? That's how I felt in Japanese today. My cell phone alarm went off in the middle of class--it turns my phone on--because my mom had insisted that I turn it on for Wednesday. She had recorded a REALLY embarrassing alarm, and the class was TOTALLY SILENT. I tried to pretend it wasn't mine at first, but then I remembered that it keeps going until you turn it off. To make things worse, I had forgotten my binder, and misunderstood directions a TON.
Plus, we performed our skits in English. You can probably imagine how those went. On the stage. Filmed. I kept trying not to laugh. Disaster.
But, on the plus side, I ate lunch for the first time this week. Yesterday, we spent all lunch except TWO MINUTES doing a group math test. Uggh. Luckily, Chris kindly donated a pack of Spiderman gummies which served as our lunch. When we finally turned it in, he says, "Watch us get a D." xD It could have been, too. But, luckily, we got 101/100. Except all the mistakes were on my paper. I wasn't the only one who made them, but still. =(
I don't really want to talk about yesterday. Basically, it sucked. Majorly. End of story. Going to sleep. Glad tomorrow's Friday. Dreading Japanese. Good night.

Faye

Faye's Bad Daye Cure-It-All Method

Okay. I feel better now. You know why? I did what I always do when I have a bad day: sit cross-legged in the middle of the floor with a can of large, pitted black olives and a fork. I then proceed to bang around the can with the fork for ten or so minutes while I try to get the olives out. Leave the juice in the can. Actually, I don't know how long it takes. I'll time it next time. But yeah. You take all your anger out on the olives. Rules: No touching the olives until you actually eat them. Olives must be stabbed with the fork before eaten. Juice must stay in can. Only the can of olives and juice and the fork are to be used. Uhh...I think that's it.
But, while working on stupid maths, I remembered a bunch of great things I've said lately. Like, today, for instance.
I jabbed Eliot in the back as we passed in the halls, and asked for his script to borrow for out skit. I forgot to print one out for myself. He said he'd give it to me at lunch, and asked where I sit. I mumbled something really intelligent, like, "Uhh, tree. There's a tree out there." I pointed to roughly the direction where Mr. Tree, as we've named him, sits. Yup. I'm a smart one.
Oh, and last week in English. We were discussing what we wanted to achieve before we were twice our current age. The teacher called on me, and I said, "I want to be fluent in a language." It took me a minute to figure out why everyone was laughing. "I mean a language other than English!" I added quickly, beginning to laugh myself. I'll be the best writer. It's great not to know how to talk. Really helps, eh?
Well, I think that's it. Hope my mom rents me that movie. =3 Talk to you later!

With Renounced Love,

Crappy Day? Uh, Yeah.

My day started off terribly. You know what happened?
I woke up.
Then I stayed in bed because I'm sick and I feel like crap. Next thing I knew, it was half an hour later. Great. So much for being ready on time. Thanks for all your help, mom.
My mom was GOING to do a bunch of our laundry this weekend. I though she had done it all, so I went looking for my jeans. Those weren't washed. Oh, well. I had nothing else to wear. They had only been worn once before, anyways. The usual followed. My mom keeps me at the table for ages while she finishes up her breakfast, then decides she doesn't want to eat her fruit, and says I should. Ah, no. I don't think so.
Eventually, I got out--late--but not without escaping my mother yelling down the street (using this expression for the third time in the last five minutes she kept me--"Oh, wait! Have you memorized Sam's phone number?" "No, Mom. I've only called her once." "Okay, well has Lisa?" "Lisa doesn't even know my phone number." "LISA! HAVE YOU MEMORIZED SAM'S PHONE NUMBER YET? I WANT TO HAVE YOU CALL HER SO SHE CAN MEET YOU AT THE BRIDGE!" "No, I haven't!" "Mom, it wouldn't be all that faster, plus, we're already late, plus, I've been ready for the past five minutes, plus, she's already said she can't. I'm leaving." "Okay, bye, sweetie!" -insert major eye roll here-) Right. So she yells for the third time, "RIDE LIKE THE WIND, SWEETIE!" Honestly. A) That's been used. B) That's been used by her. C) That's been used by her THAT MORNING. D) That's the stupidest thing she's said all day--so far. Oh, I just can't WAIT until she gets home. Not.
Right. So we eventually got to school. At that time, I realized that my shirt was too big. I spent the rest of the day tugging it up. I remembered I had a Japanese test, swore a lot, and reviewed as quickly as I could. We got new seats in computers, and I'm sitting next to a n00b who can't type or follow directions and someone I really dislike. Biology was weird. Our teacher yelled, "EEW! PRAYING MANTIS SEX!" We were in the garden. At some point, after the majority of the class was gathered, watching, someone added a third praying mantis into the mix. I didn't stick around to see how that turned out.
My mom just called. Big surprise: I said three words and hung up.
Right. Geometry, I realized that we had another test. I cussed a lot, then got a point taken off because my equal sign wasn't squiggly. -.- Then I realized that the website was messed up, and I had done the wrong homework assignment while I was gone. I swore a lot, and got started. Great. Double maths.
I didn't really eat lunch, because I was absent yesterday, we had a skit to perform and be filmed today, and I was practicing with Eliot. They had changed the script on me. -.-
I hadn't known what to practice for band, so I sucked and that sucked. We did this dumb thing in PE, where you have to get everyone to the other side of an "electric fence". It was two pieces of rope, about a meter apart, maybe four feet off the ground. You couldn't jump over it, you couldn't go under it, you couldn't go around, etc. You had to be carried. CARRIED. The guys took charge of that one. If someone touched a rope, EVERYONE had to wave their arms in the air for five seconds like they were electrocuted, and start over. I hate PE, by the way. Anyways, one of my friends picked me up "bridal style", making fun of some of the people. She then attempted to hand me off to Will. I barely know the guy! That was EMBARRASSING. Some of the guys and two of my friends went before Eliot dragged me over to go next. Gee, thanks, Eliot. Is this for me making fun of you in that dumb dress? But THEN he started helping carry people over. He and another guy picked me up. I don't like being picked up like that (plus, I didn't want to fall down or be thrown over like some other people), so I held on to them. Tightly. They dug their hands into my back. Ouch. I was so glad when I was handed off to someone on the other side, and set down. That's when Emily remembered her obsession from last year. She got that over-adoring look in her eyes, and started squealing excitedly. Her obsession? Getting me to fall in love with Eliot. The results? None. I'm afraid, however, I may never be able to wipe her mind of this. Sometimes--very rarely, I might add--it would be nice to have a boyfriend.
Right. So. English. Skit. We didn't actually end up doing it. -.- I had to run around, bringing Eliot random stuff in practice, though. Oh, did I mention what I am? A nurse. Just what I said I would not be. Eliot, I'm going to kill you.
So, basically, today sucked. Majorly. And now I'm hungry. Really hungry. Plus I have double Japanese and Maths to do. Eew. Better take Alex's advice and "just do your math already". Thanks, buddy. -eyeroll- Later.

Annoyed at Home,
Faye

Jabbering and Other Junk

Teasing/whacking the little eighth grade guys is really fun. =D Hee. We're kinda friends. One--Kyle--and I somehow always end up sitting near each other in math. We pass insulting notes and get in trouble for hurting each other. Toby squirts me with water, and I whack him. He has the coolest accent, though. xD New Zealand. And Stewart is just...yeah. xD Sorry if I've bored you. I'm really excited, because we're acting out a modern version of Beowulf in English, and we're in groups of four, and most of my group is really fun. Well, the guys are. One person is just uncreative, boring, and popular. -.- Oh, well. It still promises to be interesting. Our English teacher wouldn't let us make Beowulf a hobo, and Grendel a granny. xDDD Oh, well. We'll still be creative. The narrator shall play with dolls. =D Except, when we were toying with the idea of having Beowulf be a self-centered doctor, Eliot said that there could be a nurse, and glanced at me. o_o I don't do that sort of stuff. But the good news is that my friend appears to have given up on trying to get Eliot and I to fall in love with each other. -shudder- Ha, ha. She was obsessed with that last year. Maybe she realized it wasn't working. Oh, and I just noticed that my friend Alex is taller than me. Like, way taller. We've always been roughly the same height, and I went up and hugged him today, and I'm, like, woah. xD Right. I'm gonna shut up now! =D

Hah. This is part of something I just e-mailed my friend. I got bored, knew I should post, and pasted it here. xDDDD Well, homework calls. -.- More later!

Faye

School, Life, and Other Happenings

Okay. So, basically, I've decided that my other blog will be for travel, and this one will be for...other junk. A bit of organization. And stuff. You know. At least I have something organized, right?
Anyways.
School: Boring as ever. I like Japanese, though. Oh, and I'm borrowing a bike at my dad's house, so I can ride to school from there. No more running! Yay! =D
Home: Could be worse...I think. Nothing much to do. Rooms aren't very liveable (no, I will NOT clean them! Have you counted them lately? There are two of them! TWO OF THEM!). Uhh...that's about it.
Horseback riding: Simply WONDERFUL! I jumped yesterday. For the first time. Ever. In the whole world. M-hmm. It was AMAZING. I started on a crossbar, of course, but after six or so jumps, my riding instructor said I could move on to vertical! IT WAS SO SO SO SO SO COOL!!!!! It was, like, bu-dum-bu-dum-bu-dum-bu-dum-bu-WOOOH!-buh-du-du-buh-du-du-buh-du-du-BUH. =3 But anyways, I loved it.
Writing: Not bad. Working on a Doctor Who fanfic on www.whofic.com. Won't tell you who I am, though! You'll have to guess. ;D
Anyways, my mother is home. -.- I'll blog again, like...tomorrow, or something. Ta ta for now!
Love,
Faye
